To accomplish these objectives, American Regent will:

• Conduct business in a manner that fosters compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies and procedures
• Create a culture striving for zero work-related injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents with a focus on employee consultation and participation in these management systems
• Establish meaningful goals and strategies for the organization and publicly report on our progress toward achieving them
• Continuously assess process improvements to efficiency and sustainability of our business activities and products, minimizing our environmental impacts by reducing greenhouse gas emissions; protecting water resources, and minimizing waste production
• Ensure American Regent contingent workers comply with all regulatory requirements and EHS policies and procedures.
• Provide all necessary training and resources for employees and contractors and hold them accountable for working safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
